Order Cancellation Policy
We start preparing orders quickly to meet our fast dispatch times. If you need to cancel or edit an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, but once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
When can I cancel?

How to request a cancellation

- Include:
- Order number
- Name and email used at checkout
- Request details (cancel entire order or specific items)
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Timing: Send your request immediately after checkout. We prioritize these messages and will confirm outcome as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
Edits and address changes
- Before processing: We can usually update the shipping address or item quantities by canceling and replacing the order.
- After processing or shipment: Edits and reroutes are not available. You may contact the carrier directly once you have tracking, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
Refunds for canceled orders
- If we confirm cancellation before shipment, we will void or refund the payment for the canceled items and any applicable taxes.
- If the entire order is canceled before shipment, any shipping charge will also be refunded. For partial cancellations, the original shipping charge may remain if the rest of the order still ships.
- Refund method: Returned to your original payment method.
- Timing: We release approved refunds promptly. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post funds back to you.
Important notes and exceptions
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation requests sent via social media or replies to marketing emails may be missed. Always email [email protected].
- If we suspect an order is unauthorized or cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel it proactively and issue a full refund.
