Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If tracking has already been issued, the package is considered in transit with the carrier.

Delivery may be completed by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on shipment routing and carrier availability.

After delivery, customers may request a return within the eligible return window under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval from Flexmenswear, the package may be returned to us by the carrier.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed after the item is received and inspected.

Any issue related to refused delivery must be handled through customer support.
