How to submit a counter notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter notice including:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (full URL).
• A statement under penalty of perjury: I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email submissions).
