Shipping & Delivery

We keep shipping simple and predictable. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How your order moves

Stage Details
Order Placed You receive an order confirmation email.
Processing We pick, pack, and hand off to the carrier within 1 business day.
Shipped We email your tracking number. Carrier scans may take up to 24 hours to show movement.
In Transit Typical delivery window is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivered Tracking updates to Delivered once the carrier completes delivery.

Split shipments

  • Your order may arrive in more than one package if items ship from different locations or are ready at different times.
  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments beyond the standard $6.99 paid at checkout.
  • Each package will have its own tracking number.

Address accuracy and changes

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address provided.
  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
  • After dispatch, we’re typically unable to reroute packages.

Delivery estimates and delays

  • Delivery time = processing time + transit time. The 2–5 business day transit window begins after your order has shipped.
  • Weather, carrier capacity, and unforeseen events can affect delivery. Estimates are not guarantees, but we monitor shipments and are here to help.

Tracking help

  • Didn’t receive a tracking email? Check your spam folder or contact us and include your order number.
  • If tracking shows no movement for 48 hours after the first scan, reach out and we’ll review with the carrier.

Issues on delivery

  • Marked delivered but not received: check with household members, neighbors, or building management and allow 24 hours for a final scan. If still not found, contact us.
  • Damaged items: keep all packaging and send photos with your order number to [email protected] so we can assist.
