Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure ways to pay on flexmenswear.shop. Payments are captured when you place your order. If your bank or provider applies currency conversion or international fees, those are determined by them.

Secure checkout

  • All checkouts use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) on flexmenswear.shop.
  • Card and PayPal credentials are transmitted directly to our payment partners; we do not store your full card number or PayPal login on our servers.
  • Your bank or provider may require additional verification (e.g., a one-time code) before approving a charge.
  • Orders may be subject to routine anti-fraud checks. If we cannot verify essential details, we may cancel the payment and notify you.

Authorizations, pending charges, and duplicates

  • When a card payment is attempted, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold. If the attempt fails or is canceled, the hold typically drops off automatically; the release timing is controlled by your bank.
  • If you retried multiple times, you may see multiple pending authorizations. Only one successful charge will settle; the others should expire without posting.
  • We cannot accelerate the release of bank authorizations, but we’re happy to provide confirmation of a failed or canceled attempt if your bank requests it.

If a payment is declined

If your payment fails, no order will be completed. You’ll see an error at checkout and may receive a notification from your bank or PayPal. Try the steps below:

  • Double-check card number, expiry date, CVC, billing name, and billing address.
  • Complete any required bank verification (one-time code, 3D Secure prompt, or app approval).
  • Confirm you have available funds or spending limits to cover the purchase.
  • Contact your bank or PayPal to ask if they are blocking the transaction.
  • Try a different supported payment method.
  • Retry in a fresh browser session or device if a technical error is suspected.

If you are unsure whether a payment went through, check for an order confirmation email. If you didn’t receive one within a few minutes, the order likely did not complete.

Refund path for payments

Approved refunds (when applicable) are issued back to the original payment method only. Posting times depend on your bank or provider; many card refunds appear in 3–10 business days, while PayPal can be faster or take up to several business days.
