We want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

What’s eligible
- Apparel and accessories in new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage, with all original tags and packaging.
- Sets and multipacks must be returned complete.
Not eligible for return
- Items marked Final Sale at checkout.
- Hygiene-sensitive items: underwear, bodysuits, swimwear with a removed or broken hygiene liner, socks, and earrings for pierced ears.
- Customized or altered items (if offered).
- Items showing wear, washing, deodorant or makeup marks, strong scents, or missing tags/packaging.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and a brief reason. For defects or wrong items, include clear photos.
- Wait for Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA.
- Ship your return within 14 days of RMA approval using a trackable service. You can request a prepaid label (cost deducted from your refund) or ship with your own carrier.
- We’ll inspect your item(s) within 2–5 business days of delivery to our returns facility and then process the refund or exchange.
Exchanges
- We offer like-for-like exchanges (same style) for a different size or color when stock allows.
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Exchange shipments follow our standard shipping rates; if the exchange is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover shipping.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal, credit/debit card processed via Stripe or Airwallex). We cannot reroute refunds to a different method.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund, and we’ll cover any return shipping needed.
Packing your return
- Place items in original packaging when possible, including tags, accessories, and brand packaging.
- Use a protective outer mailer or box and include your RMA number inside the package.
- Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking until your refund is issued.
Additional notes
- Unauthorized or late returns may be rejected or returned to sender.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
- We cannot accept returns delivered in person to our office or warehouse; please follow the RMA instructions.
