Orders

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We start processing quickly (usually within 1 business day). If you need to change the size, address, or cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, we can’t modify it, but we’ll help with next steps once it arrives (such as a return if eligible).
  • I didn’t get an order confirmation. What should I do?
    Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your full name and the email used at checkout so we can resend it.
  • Can I apply a discount after placing my order?
    Discount codes must be applied at checkout. If you had trouble using a valid code, email us right away with a screenshot and we’ll review your order.

  • How much is shipping? Our standard shipping fee is $6.99.
  • Where do you ship? We ship to locations available at checkout. If your address isn’t supported, you won’t be able to complete the purchase.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping? If an expedited option is available for your address, it will appear at checkout.
  • Can I update my shipping address? Contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible before shipment; once shipped, changes are typically not possible.
  • Carrier delays: Weather, high-volume periods, or customs (where applicable) can cause delays. Timeframes are estimates.

Tracking

  • When will I get tracking?
    Tracking is emailed once your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours after the label is created for scans to appear.
  • Tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?
    Brief gaps are common. If there’s no movement for several days, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email us so we can assist.
  • Tracking shows delivered, but I don’t have it.
    Check with household members and neighbors, and look around the delivery area. If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier and then email us so we can review options.

Sizing & Fit

  • How do I choose the right size?
    Refer to the size details provided on each product page (where available). If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us your measurements and the product you’re considering; we’ll help you decide.
  • How should I measure?
    Use a soft tape measure over lightweight clothing:
    • Chest: Around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
    • Waist: Around your natural waistline (above the hips).
    • Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips.

Returns & Refunds

  • How do I start a return?
    Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. Photos help if there’s an issue with quality, damage, or the wrong item received. We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps.
  • Can I exchange for a different size?
    Exchange options depend on stock availability. If the size you want is available, we’ll guide you; otherwise, we can assist with a return if eligible.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    After we receive and review your approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by your bank or payment provider once the refund is submitted.
  • Are shipping fees refundable?
    Whether original shipping charges are refundable depends on the circumstances of the return. We’ll clarify this during your return request.
  • I received a damaged or incorrect item. What now?
    Contact us right away with photos of the issue and your packing slip. We’ll prioritize a solution.
