Orders can be canceled or modified before processing begins (usually within an hour). After processing starts, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

9. What if my item is damaged or defective?

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A photo of the damaged/defective product

We offer a 30-day return window for all products that meet our return conditions. Items must be in original condition, unused, and unwashed with tags still attached.
